Our Process

From the moment we decide to move forward together, we will work alongside you to ensure your business needs are met and your expectations are exceeded!

Discovery

This is where you will fill out a client questionnaire, set a start/end date for the project and discuss your vision on a discovery call.

Onboarding

Receive a project proposal, sign the agreement, make a deposit, and/or book a consultation call. You will then receive an invite to the Client portal.

Design Time

Choose from 2-3 mood boards
and receive a brand presentation.
We will send you a first draft presentation and changes will be made as needed/agreed upon.

All Done!

Approve your project, make the final payment, and receive all your final files!

How do I book a service?

Fill out the form below OR send us an email lovesickdesignstudio@gmail.com and we will send you a questionnaire. This helps us get a clear understanding of your project and expectations. Once we receive your completed form or questionnaire, we’ll follow up with a detailed proposal and quote.
Can I just get a logo?

We don’t offer logo design as a standalone service. When we create a logo, it’s part of a full brand identity. We take the time to thoughtfully design a cohesive brand that includes multiple logo formats, colour palette(s), typography, and supporting imagery. Our goal is to build a brand that goes beyond just a logo.
How much will it cost?

The cost depends on the service you choose. Once you complete the questionnaire, we’ll be able to provide a more accurate quote based on your specific needs. We’re always flexible and happy to work within your budget!
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, payment is made in two installments: a minimum 30% deposit when contract is signed and agreed upon and then remainder upon project approval before final files are sent.
How long will a project take?

Once you complete the questionnaire and/or have a discovery call with us, we’ll be able to provide you with an accurate timeline.
How many revisions can we do?

All projects vary. Our minimum revisions is 2. Any revisions beyond the specified number will incur additional charges. Each revision round includes major design changes, such as adjustments to illustrations, fonts, color schemes, and the placement of design elements.
